How do I book a tour?

Is hotel pickup really included?
Yes. Free round-trip transfer is included within the Kintamani area. Other areas are on request, just send us your location on WhatsApp and we'll arrange your pickup and confirm the options.
Do I need to be fit for the sunrise hike?
The Mount Batur sunrise hike is beginner-friendly and takes around two hours up at a relaxed pace with rest stops. If you'd rather skip the climb, the 4WD jeep tour reaches a sunrise viewpoint without any hiking.
What time is the hotel pickup?
Pickup is pre-dawn, between about 03:00 and 03:30 depending on where you're staying, so we reach the summit or viewpoint in time for sunrise. We confirm your exact time when you book.
What should I bring and wear?
Wear comfortable hiking shoes and bring a light jacket, the summit is cold before dawn. We provide a headlamp, water, breakfast, and your local guide. Camera or phone for photos is a must.
